Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by AVD Avondale Concrete ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
Services Provided
We provide concrete installation, repair, and related construction services for residential and commercial properties in Avondale, AZ and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and our assessment of project feasibility.
Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time of inspection. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ from initial assessments or if project scope changes. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if unforeseen circumstances arise during the course of work.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your project contract. We typically require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. We accept various payment methods, which will be outlined in your agreement. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as permitted by law.
Scheduling and Delays

This includes ensuring pets are secured, removing obstacles, and providing access to water and electrical outlets if needed. We will take reasonable precautions to protect your property during work, but are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage caused by factors outside our control.
Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind our workmanship and materials. Specific warranty terms will be outlined in your project contract. Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper use, neglect, natural disasters, or modifications made by others. To maintain warranty coverage, you must follow any maintenance recommendations we provide.
Changes and Cancellations
Changes to project scope must be requested in writing and are subject to our approval and revised pricing. Cancellation policies will be specified in your contract. If you cancel after work has begun, you may be responsible for costs already incurred, including materials purchased and labor completed.
Permits and Regulations
We will obtain necessary permits for your project when required. You are responsible for ensuring that the work complies with any homeowner association rules or deed restrictions that may apply to your property. Delays caused by permit issues or HOA requirements are beyond our control.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage and will handle any covered incidents according to standard industry practices.
Dispute Resolution
If any dispute arises from our services, we encourage you to contact us directly first to resolve the matter. If we cannot reach a resolution, disputes may be subject to mediation or arbitration as specified in your contract, in accordance with Arizona law.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
